See Yourself as an Equestrian at RMC
At RMC, you can keep riding and competing while you earn your degree. Choose the IHSA team or the Eventing team, and train at our own 75-acre Equestrian Center.

Turn your passion into a personalized learning path at Randolph-Macon College.
You don’t need to own a horse to ride for RMC’s IHSA team. Riders compete on horses provided by the host school, and our Equestrian Center keeps horses on-site for training, so all you need is the drive to ride.
If you join the Eventing team, you’ll bring your own horse to train and compete, with boarding available right at our Equestrian Center, just a few miles from campus. Either way, you’ll train with accomplished coaches on everything from Short Stirrup to the FEI levels.

Be a rider, and more
Whether you’ve been riding for years or you’re just getting started, RMC’s Equestrian program has a place for you. Compete with the IHSA or Eventing team, or keep taking lessons without ever entering a show ring.
Both teams compete at a high level. In fact, the IHSA team recently brought home two national titles.
